D visa is an official document that allows a foreign national to legally work in the country. At VLRS BIRO, we transform this process into a simple, secure and fully guided experience for both employers and workers. VLRS BIRO handles complete legal and administrative procedures.
The unified residence and work permit (so-called "TRC") allows a foreign national to legally reside and work simultaneously, based on a single integrated document. This is the most efficient and common model for employing foreign workers in the region. Within the VLRS BIRO service framework, our team takes complete care of the entire process – from document preparation to final permit issuance.
Permanent residence represents the highest form of authorized residence for foreigners who wish to live and work in the country long-term. It is a status that brings stability, security and a broad spectrum of rights – without the need for frequent permit renewals. VLRS BIRO provides complete support throughout the entire process, including legal consultation, document preparation and communication with institutions.

Verify that all documents are complete and properly certified. Incomplete documentation can significantly extend the process.
Ensure certified translations of all documents not in Serbian. Translations must be certified by a court interpreter.
